Day to day management of the Customer Review Add-on is very simple.  All that is required is that you approve pending reviews.   This is made easy by the administration notification email that you will receive when a user writes a review.  This email will contain a direct link to the administration page where you can quickly approve or delete the email.  This page is located in your merchant tools and is named reviewadmin.aspx.  If you have version 6.5 or higher, a link to this page will automatically be placed in the left navigation of your Merchant tools.

This administration page gives you the ability to filter the reviews and show only the reviews waiting for approval, only the reviews that are already approved or all reviews.   In addition to this you can sort reviews based on a number of factors. You can also view the logs for the auto generated emails. These logs show the order uid (not the order number) and the date the email was sent.  This is a good way of making sure the auto generated emails are being sent.

You also have the ability to mark the reviews as "Featured". This lets you highlight certain reviews by showing them ahead of other reviews.  The default sorting for the Review List control that is used on the website is by "Featured" and it is used as a secondary sort for the other sorting options.

When you approve the reviews you also have the option of being able to edit the review title and main text.   Please keep in mind that this feature is there for you to be able to make minor changes and corrections and that your users will not like it if you make major changes.
