The Customer Reviews Add-on for Storefront 6.x & 7.x is a full featured rating and review application. It allows your customers to rate your products from 1 to 5 stars and to leave reviews of the product. Other features include:
 

Reviews are moderated and must be approved before being made live. This helps cut down on spam and inappropriate posts.
 

The site administrator is sent an email when a user writes a review letting them know they need to approve it.
 

The user is sent an email once the review is approved. This is another chance to get the user to your website.
 

Customers who purchase from you are automatically sent a reminder email 3 weeks after the purchase (adjustable). This email contains a list of all products purchased and has links for them to review those products. This is a powerful feature that will drive users back to your website.

This product is a must have for an eCommerce web site. Statistics show that customer reviews can increase conversion rates as well as provide new and fresh content for website visitors. We recently had this installed on our site and we already love it. It is easy to install, administer, and customize.
